We provide nurturing care and individualized experiential education to preschool aged children.

Toilet Learning

We ask that students enrolling at Mighty Oaks be potty trained.  This can seem like a daunting task, but we are here to help if you have any questions along your child’s learning journey.  The following are two links that most closely align with the toileting practices we use at Mighty Oaks:

Schedule

We follow the Portland Public School calendar which can be viewed here (We will hold regularly scheduled classed on all “Late Opening” days)

We will offer winter and summer camp and activity opportunities as well (Dates TBD by community need and interest).

To meet the needs of various schedules we offer either a morning session (9-12:30) or an extended day option (9-4pm)

To keep consistency for the students while still providing flexibility for families, we request that children enroll for the same days each week.  We are sensitive to individual, extenuating circumstances.  Please do not hesitate to contact us if your needs differ from our proposed schedule.

Tuition

Tuition is an annual cost for the school year (September-June).  We offer monthly, semi-annual (2% discount), and annual (5% discount) payment options so that we can best meet the needs of our families. 

Morning Session (9-12:30)

five days:

  • 10 monthly payments: $550

four days:

  • 10 monthly payments: $475

three days:

  • 10 monthly payments: $420
two days:
  • 10 monthly payments: $340

Extended Day (9-4)

Please note that Friday will end at 12:30.  
five days (AM only on friday*):
  • 10 monthly payments: $900
four days:
  • 10 monthly payments: $810 (tues-fri*)
  • 10 montly payments: $865 (mon-thurs)
three days:
  • 10 monthly payments: $700 (if one day is a friday*) 
  • 10 monthly payments: $775
two days:
  • 10 monthly payments: $620
* Please note that extended days will not be offered on Friday. Rates have been priced accordingly. 

Enrollment 

Our initial non-refundable enrollment fee is $175.

Harassment and intimidation includes abusive, foul or threatening language or behavior. Mighty Oaks Preschool is committed to maintaining a workplace that is free of any such harassment and will not tolerate discrimination against staff members, volunteers or agency clients.
Issues of discriminatory treatment, harassment, or intimidation on any of these bases should immediately be reported to the Executive Director or immediate supervisor and, if substantiated, prompt action will be taken.
